Born in 2018 in Blackrock, County Louth, Rocksalt Cafe has been on a mission to bring together scratch-cooked “good food” with excellent coffee.
Since then, we have expanded to six locations across the north east, keeping a relentless focus on providing quality products and excellent service
Our Catering provides for the nutritional needs of top sporting teams including players in the Cavan, Down, Kildare, Louth & Monaghan GAA, and Drogheda United, Dundalk FC and St Patrick’s Athletic FC teams.
The success of these nutritionally-balanced meals led to us producing a range of ready-to-eat meals.
Our Fit Meals are cooked to the same high-quality standards that you would get in a Rocksalt Cafe.
We have seen phenomenal success in both Supervalu, Centra and other locations in Louth and beyond, and we are now looking for new retail partners

Simple, delicious ingredients, harnessing the slow release power of oats - and never any additives. We have a core range of 4 flavours combinations, and add in new flavours seasonally.
