Rocksalt was created in summer of 2018 by our founder Daniel McLoughlin. Our core values have remained the same throughout:

A Timeline Of Rocksalt
In 2018, we created the brand Rocksalt and set up in the seaside village of Blackrock, County Louth.
In 2019, we grew our team and developed our own unique coffee blend and food offering.
In 2020, we extended our Blackrock premises to offer more seating to our customers. We also acquired a new premises in the heart of Dundalk, where we offer a wide selection of breakfast, lunch & evening dining options.
In 2021, we expanded our takeaway service and developed "hatches" at both our locations. We also upgraded "Rocky" our catering food truck and expanded our catering service offering.
